Yes, it's decided. Our end of U3A year Garden Party
will be on Saturday December 10th.
(Our last class for the year will be on Friday 9th.)
Address, timing etc in group email.
A garden party of course requires more preparation than a normal U3A class.
To assist you, we are posting below suggestions and information.
Dress?
Anything goes. Hats are advised. For those so inclined, inspiration for appropriate traditional dress (and lots of history) is available here.
Contributing food? Here's the Menu so far.
BYO food to share - something that can be eaten from a standing position and without cutlery.
What food? We are trialing a new approach to an old problem: to avoid duplicating dishes.
Check the offerings below, make your assessment of what’s missing and post to the email list or to me what you’re going to bring. I’ll add it to this page.
Thanks for the opening gambits from Sue and Sheila.
